Clause duty of information article 5 LOPD candidates (curriculums)

In compliance with the provisions of article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, you are informed that the personal data you provide us in this form and in your curriculum will be incorporated into the file created under the responsibility of FAMA SOFAS, S.L.U., and will be processed in order to meet your request to participate in the personnel selection processes, guaranteeing confidentiality in the processing of your personal data.

The fact of filling in this form implies that you acknowledge that the information and personal data you indicate are yours, exact and true, and you expressly authorize FAMA SOFAS, S.L.U., so that your data can be transferred to the companies we could commission the selection of personnel.

If you do not wish to be part of our file or if you are not satisfied with any of the points indicated, please notify us in writing. Otherwise we understand that you show your agreement, giving your consent for the indicated treatments. In the event of any change in your curriculum, please notify us duly, in order to comply with the provisions of article 4.3 of the LOPD.

By virtue of the provisions of article 15 et seq. of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and in the terms indicated in its Development Regulations approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at any time, by writing to: Apdo.
