All our sofas are designed and manufactured 100% in our factory in Yecla (Spain).
5 years guarantee. We offer 5 years guarantee in mechanisms and motors. * For batteries, since they are a consumable element of charge and discharge, we can offer a 1-year guarantee; it is not possible to guarantee them for longer.
Lifetime guarantee. The seat suspension is the elastic webbing placed underneath the seat cushions, that normally can collapse with use. It does not happen with our sofas, and we are so sure that we give lifetime guarantee.
Lifetime guarantee. The frame is the inner structure of the sofa, it can be made of wood or steel. Many sofas on the market often collapse. With our frames you do not have to worry since we guarantee them for life.
3 and a half years guarantee. We give 3 years guarantee on the rest of the sofa, but if you validate it online, we extend it for 6 more months.
We automatically extend the guarantee for another 6 months. Fill in the required fields and enter the guarantee code that appears on the blue card of the welcome pack.
