We are a benchmark at European level of how digitalisation has contributed to creating a competitive company that is able to manufacture 600 sofas every day fully customised in minimum deadlines and deliver them in more than 70 countries on the 5 continents.
We carry out the complete production process, from design to after-sales, all that 100% made in Spain. We produce a sofa every 45 seconds. We have CNC machines for cutting fabric, foam and wood, and the most advanced radiofrequency production control systems.
In addition, we have a software to see in 3D the sofas with different fabrics, an app to help end customers choose their ideal sofa, augmented reality, real size 3D printers, and a long etcetera of advances already applied, as well as a 100% digitisation project for the future.
As a result of all this work, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism of Spain awarded us the I National Award for Connected Industry 4.0 in 2019, for which we are especially proud, since, belonging to a traditionally craft sector, this was supposed to be an unattainable achievement.
In 2022 we were awarded at the BBVA Revolution Awards, where Fama was recognised as a benchmark in digital and sustainable transformation.
All this proves that we are on the right track, that all this work, effort and tireless desire to improve in the end bring us results.
