At Fama, we have been committed to guaranteeing equality among the people who are part of the Fama workforce for many years.
Thereby, we wanted to develop a plan. The plan is not just a document filled with mere words to the wind. We created the plan in order to carry out an internal analysis that will allow us to implement measures to improve company’s team management, since we always say, our Fama team is the most import mainstay of the company.
