Casa Decor hosts the round table organised by Fama on Flex Living

Yesterday, Casa Decor hosted the round table organised by Fama under the title “Sustainability and functional adaptability in Flex Living interior design”.

The event featured Félix López OCHP from Fama, Javier Martínez, Director of the Hotel Business Area at Sutega, Miguel Giudici, Development Director at Vita Student, Main Stanich, Portfolio Manager at Momentum, and Covadonga Pendones, Head of Communication and Marketing at Casa Decor, who moderated the discussion.

During the talk, different perspectives were shared regarding the development of Flex Living in Spain, as well as the new challenges faced by this constantly evolving sector. The participants shared their experience in projects linked to sustainability, space adaptability and the new demands of users.

The event took place in the Casa Decor 2026 auditorium, located in the Casa Palacio de los Vélez y Conde de Niebla in Madrid’s Barrio de las Letras, and brought together a large audience connected to the living sector, architecture and interior design.
