One of Selene’s greatest differentiating features is its extraordinary opening. When the mechanism is fully deployed, the backrest and seat create an almost horizontal surface.

The result is a position very similar to that of a bed, with the head slightly elevated, allowing you to rest, read, watch television or even sleep with unexpected comfort.

We could say that Selene becomes the first articulated relax sofa bed, as it allows different positions just like a traditional adjustable bed.

Inspired by the Cloud Seating technology that has turned models such as Teseo into true best sellers.

The objective was clear: to achieve a soft, welcoming seat with extraordinary recovery capacity — something particularly complex in sofas with relax mechanisms.

The result is an enveloping and balanced comfort sensation, with exceptional recovery that maintains seating quality over time.

In addition, the seat cover can be easily removed, making cleaning and maintenance easier.

–A relax design that does not look like a relax sofa

Another objective of the project was to move away from the traditional aesthetics of relax armchairs.

We wanted to create a model that offered all the comfort of a relax sofa, but with an elegant and contemporary look, designed for people who do not identify with the usual appearance of this type of sofa.

The result is a light and sophisticated design that integrates naturally into any living room.

–App control and Safe Mode technology

All sofas include hidden touch buttons, designed to be discreet and easy to use.

They also include a remote control and the possibility of App control, allowing the system to be managed comfortably from a smartphone.

This function also allows the motor to be locked, increasing safety in homes with children or pets.

All our sofas and armchairs can be totally customised. You can choose among more than 1000 different materials available in our range. Plain or patterned fabrics, synthetic or natural materials such as cotton or linen, velvets or leather, they are all available in a very wide range of colours.

- If you wash any sofa covers in the washing machine, it is recommended to wash them inside-out to prevent the zip and velcro from damaging the fabric.

- We advise you to make a washing test with only one cover before washing all the covers in the washing machine (provided that the fabric allows washing).

- If the fabric allows it, dry cleaning onsite is always the best choice. You can also use a steamer, protecting it with a cotton cloth.

- For everyday care, you can use a damp cloth to remove dust and prevent accumulation.

- In the case of specific stains, the best is using a damp cloth with a little neutral soap (you can mix water with neutral soap in a spray bottle) and rub gently with circular movements on the stain. Let it dry and repeat several times until the stain disappears completely.

- If the fabric of your sofa is made of chenille, it is important to keep in mind that with time and use some marks or changes of colour may appear.

- It is very important to follow the cleaning instructions from the manufacturer of the fabric.
