Recognition to Fama for training and youth employment

Fama actively participates in the Nazareth project within the Collaboration Agreement signed with Cáritas Región de Murcia. An employment and inclusion programme for the region young people in a social vulnerability situation, managed by Caritas Yecla and with the collaboration of the Yecla’s City Council. On this occasion, Fama has received recognition along with 17 other collaborators companies from Yecla in an event held at the Yecla Furniture Fair.

The project consists of a theoretical part, together with an internship period in companies that allows students to acquire new knowledge, promoting personal, social and professional growth.

As a result of this collaboration, Fama, in the last two years, has incorporated 2 female workers to its staff after completing their theoretical and practical training, reinforcing the company's commitment in matter of formation and employment.
