Fama Sofás receives the "Equality Distinction of the Region of Murcia."

The Department of Social Policy, Families, and Equality recognizes public or private companies each year that have distinguished themselves through the development and implementation of gender equality policies among their staff. In 2023, only two companies have obtained the Equality Distinction of the Region of Murcia (DIERM), and Fama Sofas has been one of them. After the Technical Evaluation Commission meeting, a minimum of 200 points was required among the submitted applications, and Fama achieved an average of 241.67 in the overall assessment, taking into account different criteria such as the representation of women in the company, employment access programs and working conditions, implementation of guarantee programs and improvement of reconciliation rights, classification criteria that eliminate and prevent situations of discrimination based on gender, among others.

Since the first edition was carried out in 2019, only 22 companies in the Region of Murcia have received this recognition.

This recognition confirms the company's commitment to equality since its beginnings, and from now on, it will proudly display the Equality Distinction of the Region of Murcia.
