Fama Sofas, distinguished with the 'Internationalisation' award at the SME of the Year Awards

In a prominent ceremony organised by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Banco Santander, Fama Sofas has been recognised in the category of 'Internationalisation' at the SME of the Year Awards. The event, which was attended by the Vice President of the Government, Nadia Calviño, awarded five outstanding companies in different categories: the main award, SME of the Year, as well as secondary awards in Internationalisation, Innovation and Digitalisation, Training and Employment, and Sustainability.

Among the nearly 1800 participating companies, Fama Sofas, as the sole representative from the Region of Murcia, has been recognised by the jury in the Internationalisation category, in recognition of its trajectory in this field. The jury highlighted, among other aspects, the fact that Fama Sofas has surpassed the €22 million mark in exports, accounting for 64% of its production during the year 2021. Additionally, the company's ability to manufacture 600 customised sofas daily and its collaboration with major multinational corporations were also valued.

This new recognition confirms the good work of the entire Fama team, not only in terms of internationalisation but also in other areas, and it strengthens the team's determination to continue improving and innovating every day.
