Fama Sofas, awarded with prize to Innovation at EspritMeuble Paris

Fama Sofas has been awarded during the Esprit Meuble Paris fair, the event that is being held in the French capital from November 19 to 22 and brings together more than 300 global firms from the habitat sector. In the act held in the venue facilities, the members of the Jury, made up of professionals from the sector, presented the awards of the seven categories to different companies, and Fama Sofas was one of them.

The Esprit Meuble awards come to recognise the advances in innovation that are presented in the French capital during the celebration of the event. In this case, Fama Sofas presented Sensae, a new system that allows the relax mechanisms to be activated without having to press any button. Just by bringing your hand close to one of the armchair sides, without actually making contact, you can activate the mechanism. This is an innovation for which the Fama technical office has been working for nearly two years and which already has a patent.

The person in charge of collecting the award was Félix López, OCHP of Fama Sofas, who thanked the organisation for the recognition for the work that the company has developed in these two years. At Fama we are committed to demonstrating that it is possible to innovate in a traditional sector such as furniture, adapting to the changes in home automation that have been taking place in homes in recent years.
