All the processes that can be made automatically have been adapted to be carried out with the latest machinery of CAD-CAM systems, but there are many essential processes such as the sewing and the upholstering where machines give way to the expertise of our workers.

The result is the perfect combination of the most advanced technology with the knowledge and craftsmanship of our workers.

Production control takes place in real time through an innovative radiofrequency bar code system (which does not need to be read with bar code scanners).

We use the most modern machines for cutting the wood, foam and fabrics. All the cushions and sofas are transported automatically to the packaging machine.

We currently finish a sofa every 2 minutes.
