The Astoria armchair and You and Me stand out for their amazing comfort and their elegant design provided by the button effect in the backrest inspired by the armchairs of the 50s, in combination with its soft curves and modern style. Armchair S resembles a classic Chester, but much more compact and with a more modern and avant-garde line. The You and Me are very special pieces that can be combined with any model of sofa, not only with Astoria. They have an enviable comfort thanks to their spacious dimensions and to the possibility of playing with the scatters to find the perfect position.

I am very pleased with my new Astoria settee, chair and footstool and the new soft but durable velvet like fabric.. It is comfortable and looks to be well made with an eye for detail. I also like that Fama was accommodating allowing me to upgrade from plain rectangle cushions, that come with Astoria, to butterfly cushions. They also found me a chrome swivel base for the chair. On looking at the patterned cushions it looks like care has been taken to centralise part of the pattern on one side which shows an attention to detail. By way of feedback, the only downside for me is that I thought I was getting the larger cushions with a pale pink pattern on an ivory background from the sample fabric I chose it from in store. Unfortunately at time of ordering I didn't realise the sample was cut from a fabric with a much larger pattern with large areas of a much darker colour pink mingled with dark grey. This is the part of the pattern I got so I have had to turn the cushions over to get the lighter colours but with an odd sectioning of the pattern. I also think the mustard yellow zips look awful in the pink fabric. I would have felt very petty if Id dropped a star over the cushion covers when everything else is so good. The cushion inners are made of a good quality fabric and I can always get some new covers. I would certainly recommend Fama to my friends for their accommodating customer service and stylish, comfortable, quality product.
